You can return any order from My Matcha Tea for 60 days!
Unfortunately, if 60 days have gone by since the day of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 60 days from date of purchase.
- In the same condition you received it (unopened & unused)
- Not a sale item.
To complete your return, please contact us to request an online returns form. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received the returned item. You will also be notified whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If your return is approved, it will be processed and a full refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
